He earned a classical diploma from the “Tito Livio” Classical High School and graduated in Law with highest honors from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He completed an LL.M. at the University of Pennsylvania and was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Italy and in the State of New York before
qualifying as a civil-law notary.

We also support law, tax and technical professionals (e.g., engineers, surveyors, architects) with title searches and with the preparation and filing of documents related to judicial proceedings.
Doria Saglietti Scerbo, a partnership of civil-law notaries, handles a wide range of matters, including the drafting of contracts such as sale and purchase agreement, gift/donation, loan and mortgage, leasing, and other financing agreements.
We also provide services for transfers of shares, equity interests, and businesses as well as the incorporation of companies and non-profit organizations. In addition, we handle amendments to partnership agreements and corporate charters/bylaws, and the recording/filing of shareholders’ meeting resolutions for both listed and unlisted companies.
We further assist in corporate acquisitions and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). These activities may include share-capital increases, pledges/security interests over securities, and similar transactions.
