Our firm advises on real estate, corporate and business transactions, family and succession/estate matters. We also support law, tax and technical professionals (e.g., engineers, surveyors, architects) with title searches and with the preparation and filing of documents related to judicial proceedings.
After completing classical studies at the “Tito Livio” Classical High School, he graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. During his studies, he undertook research stays at the University of Chicago. He was subsequently admitted to the Master of Laws program at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and completed the Wharton Business and Law Certificate—an economics certificate offered by the Wharton School.
Upon completing the LL.M., he was admitted to practice law in Italy and in the State of New York. Within the notarial practice founded by his father, Notary Roberto Doria, he has handled family reorganizations, corporate transactions, and real estate transfers, with a particular focus on advising international clients.
He was admitted to the Ph.D. program in Commercial Law at Bocconi University in Milan with a merit scholarship and completed the program with distinction (cum laude). He also received the “Romeo and Enrica Invernizzi Foundation scholarship”. He is currently a Ph.D. Fellow at the same university. During the Michaelmas term of 2023, he was an Academic Visitor at the Commercial Law Centre, University of Oxford.
He has collaborated with the “Commissione Massime” of the Milan Notarial Council and is a member of the Insignum Notarial Association. He serves as a teaching assistant in Company Law and Accounting & Tax Law at Bocconi University, and in Company Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
He is an Italian civil-law notary (Notaio) based in Padua . He has been a speaker at several conferences and has authored various publications in notarial practice and corporate law. He is fluent in English.
Notary Bruno Saglietti obtained a classical diploma before graduating in Law from the University of Padua.
He has practiced as a notary in the Padua district since 1994, bringing more than thirty years of experience to the profession.
He currently serves as President of the Professional Association for Enforcement Procedures of the Province of Padua (APEP), an association that promotes the efficiency of enforcement proceedings within the district of the Court of Padua.
Notary Bruno Saglietti has spoken at seminars and conferences as a lecturer, addressing notarial topics with particular attention to the field of civil law.
Dr. Delia Scerbo earned a classical diploma with highest marks and graduated with honors (cum laude) from LUISS “Guido Carli” University in Rome.
She qualified as a lawyer in 2018 with the Rome Bar. She trained at one of Italy’s leading law firms, where she took an active role in numerous corporate-law transactions.
Notary Delia Scerbo is a member of the Public Law Studies Commission of the Italian National Council of Notaries (Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato) and collaborates with the Di Tillo – Baldassarra Notarial School in Rome, where she has delivered several seminars in civil and commercial law.
Since 2022 she has practiced in the notarial district of Padua.
She has spoken at conferences and published articles in the notarial field.
She is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
