To practise as a notary is to pair exacting legal expertise with, above all, careful attention to clients’ needs, ensuring that the solutions I deliver are clear, dependable, and transparent. My mission is to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and impartiality in every notarial act, helping to instil confidence and certainty.
After completing classical studies at the “Tito Livio” Classical High School, he graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. During his studies, he undertook research stays at the University of Chicago. He was subsequently admitted to the Master of Laws program at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and completed the Wharton Business and Law Certificate—an economics certificate offered by the Wharton School.
Upon completing the LL.M., he was admitted to practice law in Italy and in the State of New York. Within the notarial practice founded by his father, Notary Roberto Doria, he has handled family reorganizations, corporate transactions, and real estate transfers, with a particular focus on advising international clients.
He was admitted to the Ph.D. program in Commercial Law at Bocconi University in Milan with a merit scholarship and completed the program with distinction (cum laude). He also received the “Romeo and Enrica Invernizzi Foundation scholarship”. He is currently a Ph.D. Fellow at the same university. During the Michaelmas term of 2023, he was an Academic Visitor at the Commercial Law Centre, University of Oxford.
He has collaborated with the “Commissione Massime” of the Milan Notarial Council and is a member of the Insignum Notarial Association. He serves as a teaching assistant in Company Law and Accounting & Tax Law at Bocconi University, and in Company Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
He is an Italian civil-law notary (Notaio) based in Padua . He has been a speaker at several conferences and has authored various publications in notarial practice and corporate law. He is fluent in English.
