He was subsequently admitted to the Master of Laws program at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and completed the Wharton Business and Law Certificate\u2014an economics certificate offered by the Wharton School.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon completing the LL.M., he was admitted to practice law in Italy and in the State of New York. Within the notarial practice founded by his father, Notary Roberto Doria, he has handled family reorganizations, corporate transactions, and real estate transfers, with a particular focus on advising international clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was admitted to the Ph.D. program in Commercial Law at Bocconi University in Milan with a merit scholarship and completed the program with distinction (cum laude). He also received the \u201cRomeo and Enrica Invernizzi Foundation scholarship\u201d. He is currently a Ph.D. Fellow at the same university. During the Michaelmas term of 2023, he was an Academic Visitor at the Commercial Law Centre, University of Oxford.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He has collaborated with the \u201cCommissione Massime\u201d of the Milan Notarial Council and is a member of the Insignum Notarial Association. He serves as a teaching assistant in Company Law and Accounting &amp; Tax Law at Bocconi University, and in Company Law at Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He is an Italian civil-law notary (Notaio) based in Padua .
